Patient Manager

I have been at Vargas Orthodontics since 2005. I started out as the front desk coordinator and have recently been cross-trained as a patient manager. I like making our patients smile and enjoy working with Dr. Vargas because he always has great ideas and he thinks outside the box, and treats his staff incredibly well.

I am married to Josh and we have an adorable son named Jaden and a four-legged friend, Fiona. I like spending time with my family, love sushi nights, and vacationing in Sanibal. I have also been sky diving twice!

Patient Manager and Financial Coordinator

I have been part of Vargas Orthodontics since 2003. As a patient manager I have worked in our smile design area for eight years and I am cross-trained. My position now is the financial coordinator where my number one priority is educating and helping patients with their insurance benefit and payment option needs. I love to teach patients about the importance of orthodontics, and how we can improve their smile, and bite. My favorite part of orthodontics is seeing so many happy and confident patients due to the amazing smiles we create. I enjoy working with Dr. Vargas, because he is easy-going, kind, understanding, and appreciative of his employees.

I am married to Ryan and we have two crazy and playful cats, Lola and Jade. I love spending time with family and friends. Outside of work you can catch me at the beach, shopping, or at a concert.

Patient Manager

I have been working at Vargas Orthodontics since 2003 as a patient manager and have taken on the responsibility of inventory coordinator and IT coordinator. I like to get to know our patients and I love to chat with them about their lives. My favorite part of the job is learning new procedures that have been developed. I like working with Dr. Vargas because he is funny and he always encourages us to be better.

I am married to my husband Chris and we have five furry kids: Bam, Hyde, Jekyl, Macy, and Mya.I like going for walks on the beach, watching dance and musicals, and shopping. I also like to do home improvement projects.

SureSmile® Coordinator, Patient Manager, Lab Tech

I joined the Vargas Orthodontic team in 2007 as a patient manager and quickly took on the responsibility as SureSmile coordinator and lab tech. I love working with a smile on my face and enjoy making patients feel like a rock star in their braces. I am always looking for ways to make your orthodontic experience amazing! Dr. Vargas is an excellent teacher and he has a funny personality. I’m so excited to be on his team.

I have grown up with three brothers and four sisters and was raised by my dad. I also have two pets, Ozzie and Tinker-bell, and an aquarium of sea creatures. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, running, and hanging out on the beach. I love going on weekend trips, camping, fishing, and four-wheeling.

Treatment and Marketing Coordinator

I have been making people smile at Vargas Orthodontics since 2002 as the treatment coordinator. I enjoy seeing patients for the very first time and watching their amazing smiles transform. I love meeting new families and I am the go-to-gal for any questions regarding treatment plans, financial arrangements, and the next step to get your smile journey started. I love connecting with our patients and making them feel at home when they come to visit. My favorite part of working in orthodontics is changing people’s lives for the better with an amazing smile. I love working with Dr. Vargas, because he really cares for our patients as if they were family. I appreciate his knowledge of technology and that he always strives to be the best.

I am married to Richard and I have five children and eight grandchildren. We also have two rambunctious dogs that keep us laughing. I love musical theater, shopping, shoes, and fishing.
